Madcap race against time to find a double-parker

Synopsis:

Natalie, an overworked New York City schoolteacher, finds the lottery ticket she lost exactly one year ago, and now she has only three hours to find the double-parker who's blocked her in so she can get to Newark, NJ by midnight to claim her winnings. All she has to rely on are two stoners: Fred, an irresponsible slacker, and Guy, an uptight anal-retentive lawyer/actor who has to make a life choice. The odds are not in her favor.
